How should 10 mL concentrated flavourings be diluted?

The 10 mL flavourings are classically used in a 10% blend, so they are added to 90 mL of base.

Each consumer can add as much as they like, depending on their system and the blend used. In the case of blends with a high VG content it is recommended to use the flavourings at least at 15%.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is no minimum amount required to complete the order.


Can I modify an order?

You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchase process. Once the order is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

For any communications and requests, we invite you to use the note/message field at the end of the order summary, in the "history and details of orders", you will be contacted as soon as possible.

How can I track my shipment?

from the day following shipment, it is possible to request shipment tracking by sending an email to info@blendfeelsrl.com or calling the office during business hours.. Any request received after 17:00 will still be handled the next day.


How much is the shipment?

The costs of shipments are subject to changes according to the weight, volume and destination of the goods, it is recommended to consult point 4. "DELIVERIES", in the section "Conditions of Sale and Delivery".


Which courier will carry out the shipment?

The courier is identified depending on the volume and weight of the shipment. In principle, shipments of less than 3 kg will be handled by courier GLS, the remaining by courier SDA.

Foreign shipments are usually handled by TNT courier.
